Your custom design can be printed on our recycled paperboard fans. So, Ok - they’re Eco-friendly. What difference does it make?
1. Hand fans are one of Weisenbach’s signature products, because we make them from recycled paperboard. That’s 100% post-consumer recycled American paperboard. Our paperboard enhances any design you create. The front is white and coated with a low-lustre finish while the back is uncoated and also white.
2. We print with soy inks only. That’s something Weisenbach has been doing for twenty years now - it’s not a new trend we’re just now conforming to. It’s a trend we actually started back in 1989. Our staff breathes easier, and we think you will, too.
3. Our hand fan sticks are cut from sustainably-harvested wood, sanded to a smooth finish. We attach them to the back of your fans, one at a time, with non-toxic glue which helps to protect fingers and fabrics. (Stapled sticks to the fan board is available upon request).
Fan Shapes: standard (modified hourglass, see below), round, square, heart, Ohio, Texas, octagon, cowboy hat, rectangle, football, house, tree, trash cart, football helmet, shell, sunshine, fruit, and maybe something new!.
