Some brides have their photograph on the front, and the program printed on the reverse side of their hand held paper fans. Often we can superimpose text over the photo and provide all the information on one side. We can assist you with patterned backgrounds and wonderful fonts to make your fans a perfect complement to your invitations. As a finishing touch, many brides will tie their own festive ribbons onto the natural wood handles to add more color, more flair. Even if your gathering will be modest, you can design a custom hand fan — our minimum order is only 100 pieces. Different shapes, your own design...

Set up charge, please add $50 per any PMS color (no metallics or fluorescents).
We can’t guarantee an exact match, but we’ll come very, VERY close.

For pricing for your custom paper fans - please phone us and we will provide you an estimate. Our creative staff can assist with the design, using your photos and text, or guide you in the design of your own fans. CALL FOR ARTWORK GUIDELINES BEFORE ENDEAVORING TO CREATE YOUR DESIGN.

Note, there is a charge for each color on each side, so the more colorful the fan design, the higher the price may be. For example, a multi color imprint on both sides of your hand fan will cost much more than a one color imprint on the front only. Just keep that in mind.

Artwork charge: $80 (for files which are not camera-ready, call for details). This includes up to one hour of time in the art department  for typesetting, graphic design, scanning, color correcting and other file manipulation. We will be glad to assist you with the design, to coordinate with your wedding motif.

Wedding Program Fan Shapes Available:
Shown: Heart, Standard (modified hourglass). Not shown: Round, Square, Rectangular and Octagonal. Custom shapes available at higher price. All fans are printed on recycled paperboard with vivid soy inks. They measure roughly 8" square, plus the wooden handle (glued to reverse side of the fan board).

Thrifty Fan Option (see above): Save up to 50% by ordering one of these simple but elegant wedding fan designs.
Choose design (A) or (B) above, print in black ink on one side only, and receive our same quality custom hand fan at a special price. No set up charge, just add shipping. Shapes available: Heart or standard only, please.

Digital Color Fan Option (see above): Our same quality recycled white paperboard, but digital imprinting (not our famous soy ink) to allow for beautiful full color fans at a reasonable price. Any stock shape is available.

Please allow two to three weeks. We will prepare a design to your specifications and send you a proof to approve prior to manufacturing.

No surprises, no worries. You will always see a proof to approve before any printing is done. They’re made here in our shop in Ohio! Shipped by UPS with tracking information provided, so you’ll know where your shipment is, and when to expect delivery.
